If Carousel Studio doesn't work for you, email mindboss.connect@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no friction.
After 7 days
Refunds outside the guarantee window are reviewed case-by-case. We may decline refunds when the Service has been used extensively or where there is evidence of misuse.
How to request
Email mindboss.connect@gmail.com with the email address on your account and a sentence about what went wrong (so we can improve). Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
