1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing Carousel Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Carousel Studio generates Instagram carousel content using AI, based on inputs you provide. Output is generated automatically and may require editing before publication. You are responsible for reviewing all content for accuracy, brand fit, and legal compliance before posting.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates Instagram's terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of inputs you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the AI-generated outputs you receive from the Service and may use them commercially.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee any specific business result from using the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
